• Determined with UC Davis team effort - Dr. Monica Aleman, that many dummy foals have persistence of the hormones that prevent them from galloping in the womb and they have not made the switch to the outer world

• Madigan squeeze invented in 2012 for creating the signal to switch from being in the womb to the outer world and survival as a prey animal.

                 

Sling development for horses

• Lead the UC Davis team with welder Charlie Anderson to create the UC Davis Anderson Sling over 8 years and numerous prototypes.
